Hownosh Ventures, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Three29 (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the SightAI platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account and use the Service, we collect information that you provide directly, including:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, company name, and password.
  • Payment Information: Billing details such as your credit card number, billing address, and related financial information. Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Website and Domain Information: The URLs, domain names, and related web properties you submit for AI optimization analysis.
  • Communications: Any messages, feedback, or correspondence you send to us through the Service or via email.
  • Promotional Codes: Promotional or referral codes you use to activate free trial access.

1.2 Information from Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect third-party services to SightAI, we collect data from those services to provide integrated analytics:

  • Google Analytics Data: When you connect your Google Analytics account, we access website traffic data, audience metrics, session data, page views, and related analytics information as authorized by your Google Analytics permissions. We access this data through Google's APIs in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service.

You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings, which will stop further data collection from those services.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • Device and Browser Information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and language preferences.
  • Usage Data: Pages viewed within the Service, features used, actions taken, session duration, and interaction patterns.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.

1.4 Information from Third-Party Data Providers

The analytics and optimization features of the Service rely on data from Scrunch, our third-party data provider. Scrunch provides aggregated data regarding how AI systems interact with and reference web content. This data is used to generate your AI traffic analytics and optimization scores. We do not control how Scrunch collects its data, and we encourage you to review Scrunch's own privacy practices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Service: To operate, maintain, and deliver the analytics, optimization, and reporting features of SightAI.
  • Account Management: To create and manage your account, authenticate your identity, and process payments.
  • Third-Party Integrations: To connect with and retrieve data from services like Google Analytics that you authorize.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, identify trends, diagnose technical issues, and improve the performance and features of the Service.
  • Communications: To send you transactional emails (such as billing confirmations and account notifications), respond to inquiries, and provide customer support.
  • Marketing: With your consent, to send promotional communications about new features, updates, or offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
  • Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Scrunch (data analytics), and cloud hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us.
  • Third-Party Integrations: When you connect third-party services (such as Google Analytics), data is exchanged between SightAI and those services as necessary to provide the integrated functionality you requested.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information in other circumstances with your explicit consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. After you cancel your account, we will retain your information for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you personally may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 10. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
